Accessories, shirts and route protection (insurance) purchased is non-refundable.

Our return policy has a duration of 7 days from the day the order is received. To initiate a return or exchange, you must submit a request through our portal within 7 days of receiving your item(s). After 7 days, the return request will not be accepted.

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that you select the correct size, model, and type when placing an order.

While we offer free shipping on orders, in the event of a return or exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees.

RETURNS: A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse for exchange.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:Additional fees may apply for shipping an
exchanged item to certain countries.

ACCESSORIES:Items such as bowties, ties, pocket squares or chains are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
It is recommended to use a traceable shipping service when returning or exchanging items.

• Please ensure that the items are sent in an appropriately-sized package, preferably in the original box.
• The item(s) must be in new condition, unused, undamaged and unwashed.
• Use a carrier of your choice to send the package back.
• Keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for your records.
• The package must be shipped back within 2 business days of receiving approval for the return request.
• We take a photograph as proof of receiving the returned item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are determined to be:

• Used, damaged or washed.
• Not belonging to our brand.
• Show signs of wear or damage resulting from excessive wear or use.
